Shipping
All packages are shipped via USPS from our workshop in Portland, Oregon. Orders are processed and shipped within 1-3 business days (Monday - Thursday). Transit times typically range from 5-8 business days, depending on your location. We use Economy Shipping in order to keep the cost to you as low as possible. All orders are carefully packed using eco-friendly, recycled packaging material.
- Overnight and express shipping are not available. We recommend planning accordingly if you're ordering for a specific event or as a gift.
- We currently ship within the US only.
You will receive an email confirmation with tracking information once your order has been processed and is being prepared to ship. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.
Return Policy

However, if a product arrives damaged in transit or, we sent you the wrong product, we will gladly replace it. To request a replacement, please email us at clevercatcandles@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with the following details:
- Your order number
- Name and shipping address
- Description of the issue
- Photograph(s) of the damaged or incorrect item(s)
